Ubuntu user-admin disabled

While trying to add a user with gksudo users-admin the button "Add User" was disabled. How boring! I helped myself with a manual useradd but than I took notice of this and just added Defaults env_keep += "XDG_SESSION_COOKIE" to /etc/sudoers.
